- Accessories & Personal Items
Customers are advised to remove memory cards, SIM cards, cases, and any accessories before leaving the device for repair or unlocking. The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to any accessories left with the device. - Data & Backup Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for backing up all data before submitting the device. The Company does not guarantee the safety or retention of data during any service. - Dead Devices & Underlying Issues
For devices submitted in dead or non-functional condition, data recovery is not guaranteed. Pre-existing or underlying issues may become apparent during or after repair; the Company is not liable for such issues. - Blacklisted / Network-Blocked Devices
Customers must check the blacklist status of their device before requesting unlocking. All unlocking charges remain payable regardless of the device’s blacklist or block status. Unlocking does not remove network or manufacturer blocks. - Repair Scope & Diagnosis Fees
The Company is responsible only for the specific issue related to the repair requested and performed. Any other existing or unrelated issues with the device are not the Company’s responsibility.
Devices submitted for diagnosis only and not approved for repair will be subject to a diagnostic fee. - Uncollected Devices
Devices not collected within 60 days of completion may be sold to recover service costs. Attempts to contact the customer will be made using the details provided. - Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. - Faulty Goods
Faulty devices may be exchanged or returned within 7 days, provided they show no signs of physical or liquid damage. - Warranty for Phones (New & Second-Hand)
12 months technical warranty is provided on new and second-hand phones excluding Battery change, accidental and Liquid Damage. - Repair Warranty
All repairs carry a 12-month limited warranty covering only the specific part and fault repaired. No warranty is provided for damage caused by misuse, impact, or liquid. - Receipts Required
No refunds, returns, or warranty claims can be processed without the original receipt. - No Change-of-Mind Returns on Devices
No returns or refunds are offered for devices due to change of mind.
The term “device” refers to all products and electronic goods sold or serviced by our store, including phones, tablets, gaming consoles, accessories, chargers, cables, speakers, and related equipment.
